1-2 Thick cut bone in Pork Chops
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grape seed oil
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Fredericksburg Peach Jam
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat grill to medium high heat. Season pork chops with garlic powder and rub on a thin layer of oil. Place on grill and let cook for a few minutes then lift and rotate 90 degrees and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Flip steak and repeat. Cook steak until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Remove from grill and spread on a thin layer of Fischer & Wieser’s Fredericksburg Peach Jam and let rest for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
