4 large yellow squash
2 tbsp grape seed oil
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Peach Sriracha Mustard Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat grill to medium high heat. Cut ends of squash and then cut ½ thick slices down the long way of the squash creating thick ribbons. Lightly oil the squash and place on the grill only flipping once and then remove with slightly tender. Brush on Fischer & Wieser’s Peach Sriracha Mustard Sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
