Ingredients
4 Corns on the cob
2 tbsp salted butter
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Fredericksburg Harvest Peach & Hatch Pepper Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat grill to medium high heat. Cut the corn in half the center of the cob. Place the corn on the grill cob side down first for a few minutes and then flip. Cook the corn unit it tender. Remove from grill and rub on some butter then brush on some Fischer & Wieser’s Fredericksburg Harvest Peach & Hatch Pepper Sauce. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
