Smoked Mango Ginger Habanero  & Sesame Salmon


1 lb. salmon
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2d tbsp. onion powder
¼ cup of Fischer & Wieser’s Mango Ginger Habanero
1 or 2 pieces of cedar plank (for smoking)
1 green onion
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste


Soak cedar planks in water for at least a few hours or over night before usage. Turn on grill to medium low or until it reaches 220 degrees. Rub on garlic and garlic powder on both sides of salmon and place directly on cedar planks. Then place on the center of the grill. Close the lid of the grill and allow to cook / smoke for 15 minutes. (check it every 5 min to make sure that the plank hasn’t caught fire) After the 15 minutes, brush on a thick coat of Fischer & Wieser’s Mango Ginger Habanero and let cook for another 5 minutes. Remove salmon from grill and garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
