12 oz penne pasta
24 oz MOM’s Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce
4 links of cooked Italian sausage sliced
½ cup of an onion sliced
½ cup of red bell pepper sliced
2 tbsp grape seed oil
Cook pasta as directed. In a separate pan, heat to medium high with oil and sauté sausage, onions and bell peppers until tender. Drain pasta and then pour in pasta sauce and remaining ingredients. Toss gently before serving and enjoy.
