4 oz Stick + Tine Cha Siu Sauce
4 links of cooked Italian sausage sliced
½ cup of an onion sliced
½ cup of red bell pepper sliced
1 tbsp grape seed oil
1 baguette cut to fit sausage
On a grill, cook sausage on medium high flame until well done and remove. Place cast iron skillet on on grill and add oil, onions and bell peppers to it. Cook until almost tender and add Stick + Tine Char Siu Sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until sauce thickens. Slice baguette long ways on one side and take out some bread from inside the crust to allow space for the sausage. Place sausage inside baguette and top off with saucy onions and peppers.
