Strawberry Ricotta Crostini


6 pieces of French bread toasted
¼ cup Ricotta cheese
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves
6 strawberries sliced
¼ cup of crushed walnuts


On a piece of toasted French bread, layer on Ricotta cheese, preserves and sliced  strawberries. Finish off by topping with crushed walnuts and enjoy.
