Strawberry Biscuit Bombs


8 Pillsbury Grands! Butter Tastin’ Southern Homestyle Biscuits
1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser’s Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves
4 strawberries halved
1/4 cup easy melt milk chocolate chips
1-2 tsp. of Cinnamon


Using your index finger and thumb, pinch the center of the biscuit starting in the middle and work your way outward to expand it up to 3 inches in diameter. Place flat biscuit on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Continue to fill, placing milk chocolate chips in the center followed with one half of a strawberry then a dollop of preserves. Fold over biscuit and crimp down edges as to seal.  Lightly dust with some cinnamon and bake, following the instructions found on the biscuit container. Once removed from oven, let cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
