Quick Curry


1 pound diced chicken breast
½ cup cut green beans
½ cup dices red bell pepper
12 oz Dr. Foo’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Lightly sauté bell peppers and chicken until browned. Add Dr. Foo’s Thai Red Curry Sauce stir and cover and turn heat down to low for a slow simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat,  add green beans and let rest for 2 min before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
