Jalapeño Gin Martini


2 oz. Gin
1 oz. dry Vermouth
½ oz lemon juice
1 tbs. Fischer & Wieser’s Mild Green Jalapeño Jelly or Hot Serrano Pepper Jelly


Pour all ingredients into a shake and dry shake vigorously. Fill the shaker with ice  and repeat until the outside is frosted.

Double strain into a martini glass and enjoy.
