1 pound ground turkey
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup of MOM’s Truffle Marinara
1 cup of MOM’s Truffle Marinara to poor over
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. grape seed oil
Pasta of your choice to serve with meatballs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil cast iron skillet with oil and pre heat to med-high.
In a large bowl mix turkey, bread crumbs, egg and ¼ cup of MOM’s Truffle Marinara. Mix lightly with your hands until all the ingredients are all incorporated. Lightly oil your hands and make balls to your desired size. Pan sear meat balls on all sides until crust forms and pour in remaining
Sauce into skillet. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20 min. Serve with your favorite pasta.
