1-8oz block cream cheese
2 tbs. Fischer & Wieser’s Hot Serrano Pepper Jelly
½ cup of crushed pecans
1 serrano pepper seeds out finely chopped
In a bowl mix in softened cream cheese with all ingredients leaving out ½ of the pecans. Chill for an hour then when a large spoon, scoop out and form
Into bite size balls. Toss in remaining pecans pressing lightly to make sure they stick well to the ball. Return to the refrigerator for an hour or until ready to serve.
