Biscuit Apple Empanadas


2 large granny smith apples
¼ cup Fischer & Wieser’s Pecan Apple Butter
¼ cup granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture
1 -8ct jumbo flaky biscuit
2 eggs mixed


Peel and cut apple as desired and mix with Fischer & Wieser’s Pecan Apple Butter in a large bowl. Flatten out can biscuit using hands or rolling pin. Place a small spoonful of apple mixture in the center of biscuit and fold over, sealing the edges well. Brush the top lightly with egg wash and sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly. Place empanadas on a parchment paper and baking sheet to make in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes and enjoy!
