Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup onion finely diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons herbs de Provence
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Fischer and Wieser Lemon Dill and Capers Sauce
- 1 lb. deveined shrimp
- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 1 lb. clams steamed and opened.
Directions:
In a large pan over medium heat sauté onion, parsley, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent, 7-10 minutes. Add herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, lemon juice, wine, chicken broth, and Fischer and Wieser Lemon Dill and Capers Sauce. Stir well. Add shrimp and scallops to the sauce, cooking over medium heat until shrimp are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add steamed clams and gently fold in to sauce. Spoon seafood and sauce over hot noodles to serve.
