Garlic Ramen

This will be your new go-to Ramen for a busy day quick bite. The garlic gives it a rich flavor with Horseradish giving it a hint of heat.  Add more of our Wieser Toasted Garlic Horseradish to create your own signature taste of Ramen.

Serves 4
Prep time:  15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup snow pea pods
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fischer and Wieser Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip or to taste.
  • 5 oz. rice vermicelli noodles
  • Optional:  Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

In medium sauce pan pour in chicken broth.  Stir in Fischer and Wieser Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip.  Bring to a boil.  Add remaining ingredients and gently boil on medium heat until noodles are tender.
