With just the right hint of horseradish this pulled pork is easy to fix and a perfect freeze ahead meal. Try it on loaded baked potatoes for a filling meal for the whole family!
Prep time: 15 minutes plus slow cooker
- 1-1.5 lb. pork roast
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Fischer and Wieser Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Grill mates smoky montreal steak seasoning or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
In slow cooker, mix together ketchup, chicken broth, steak seasoning, salt and Fischer and Wieser Onion Blossom Horseradish dip. Place pork roast in sauce. Cook on low 7-8 hours or until pork is tender. Remove roast and shred. Place shredded pork in a medium bowl and add ½ cup Fischer and Wieser Onion Blossom Horseradish, mix well. Serve on buns or baked potatoes.
