Chicken Tenders

This easy recipe will be a hit with the family. 

Skill level:  Easy-Kid friendly
Time:  15 minutes prep  30 minutes marinate + baking
Servings 6-8


  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts cut into strips or package of precut uncooked chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Fischer and Wieser Fig Mustard Dip
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs


On a cutting board lay out chicken tenders.  Pierce chicken strips with a fork.  Place chicken in a resealable bag then pour Fischer and Wieser Fig Mustard Dip over strips.  Marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.  After marinating prepare one bowl with beaten eggs.  In another bowl mix panko with salt, pepper, and paprika.  Drip each piece in egg mixture then dip in panko mixture covering well.  Place on a foil lined cookie sheet with space between each piece.  Bake at 450 degrees for 14-16 minutes, turning pieces after 7 minutes cooking time.
